From Aspire HR to increase their ability to keep all legacy system data
when converting to SAP. Being a heavy construction company, TIC needed
to maintain all historic personnel and safety data.
Like most companies, TIC had many legacy systems that housed historic
employee data. Unfortunately, the process of extracting, mapping,
converting the data into the appropriate file structure, and uploading the
