E-Recruiting from SAP

solution for E-Recruiting clients
Aspire HR announces its new SAP E-Recruiting solution that aids
businesses by gathering talent profiles that would have previously slipped
through the cracks. The mySAP ERP E-Recruiting solution, as implemented by
Aspire HR, provides a streamlined end-to-end recruiting solution that
enables corporate recruiters to cost-effectively source the best
possible talent for vacant positions.
Today’s search for employees has become the proverbial “needle in a
haystack” problem where employers are losing top candidates to the flood
of applicants and information overload. To make matters worse, corporate
recruiters are stretched thin by overwhelming work loads including
conforming to new OFCCP, AAP and EEO legal reporting requirements.
SAP E-Recruiting creates a talent warehouse where active job seekers
