Aspire HR Delivers Compensation Management System to Fossil, Inc.

Compensation management is crucial to Fossil.

Fossil, Inc. has selected Aspire HR to implement new compensation management system which will significantly enhance Fossil’s ability to tie employee performance metrics to compensation and understand the impacts of these changes on the corporate budget.

 

“This compensation management system will maximize the return on investment on our personnel expenses,” said Christy Akin, HR Project Manager for Fossil. “Once implemented, our management team will have greater visibility and control of our personnel costs and pay changes will be data driven as opposed to be driven by emotions,” said Ms. Akin. “Most importantly,” Ms. Akin continued, “our executive team will clearly see the effects that proposed changes in personnel costs have on our budgeted expenses.”
