This course provides an introduction to the various SAP HR components with hands-on exercises for each component. It is a prerequisite for almost all other HR courses offered by AspireHR University.Course Description

Steve Horn
Steve has over 20 years of experience in the training and corporate education field. He is an expert in the development and delivery of SAP training programs and is experienced in the design of corporate training programs. He has written training manuals for a wide range of SAP HCM topics. He has also done extensive work educating and mentoring trainers at a number of organizations.
While Steve has managed training programs at both corporate and governmental organizations, he was also served as an HCM instructor at SAP America. While there he provided configuration training to consultants and IT staff members from customers and consulting firms throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Africa, and Asia. He has taught courses across the spectrum of HCM disciplines, including Organizational Management, Compensation, Benefits, Training, Recruiting, ESS, and Security. He has also advised consultants on best practices and keys to success for HCM implementations. His professional experience also includes work as a business analyst and a compensation/HRIS analyst.
