
Cancellation, Rescheduling and Other Facts
Classroom Training Cancellations (By Student)
Classroom training cancellations and rescheduling are processed by calling our registration department directly at 972.372.2800.AspireHR University will confirm all cancellations or rescheduling requests by e-mail. If the customer does not receive a confirmation of cancellation or rescheduling within three (3) business days of the request, the customer should call 972.372.2800 to reconfirm. The customer is responsible for all class fees unless a telephoned cancellation or rescheduling request is received and confirmed by AspireHR prior to the start of the class.
If you are flying to the U.S. from another country, or crossing the U.S. border to attend a training class, you are responsible for being aware of the U.S. government's customs regulations and services. If you are refused entry, AspireHR is not responsible for your registration fees or your travel expenses, and the standard cancellation charges will apply.
The following classroom cancellation and rescheduling fee schedule applies:

Onsite and Private Training Cancellations (By Customer)
AspireHR University on-site classes can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting the University at 972.372.2800.The following on-site or private class cancellation and rescheduling fee schedule applies:

Payment of Cancellation and Rescheduling Charges
Cancellation and rescheduling fees are charged to credit cards, AspireHR University Advantage Cards, or approved purchase orders consistent with the payment method provided by the customer at the time of registration for, or scheduling of the training.AspireHR Training Cancellations and Rescheduling
AspireHR University reserves the right to cancel, or reschedule any class. The customers or attendee shall be refunded the prepaid course fees. AspireHR is not responsible for airfare, lodging, or other related expenses including any airline penalties. AspireHR shall not be liable for any direct, or indirect, resulting, consequential, or special damages.Non-smoking Facilities
All AspireHR facilities are non-smoking environments. Designated smoking areas are provided.Classroom Dress Code
The dress code for all AspireHR University classrooms is casual.Classroom Arrangement
Classroom arrangement varies by facility. Our standard layout is to assign one student per PC.Special Access Requirements
If you require special or handicapped access, please notify AspireHR University in advance of your visit to allow for special arrangements or accommodations.Tape and Digital Recording Policy
AspireHR University strictly forbids the taping or digital recording and rebroadcast of our education events.Reproduction
Reproduction or transmission, in any form or for any purpose, of any AspireHR materials or media is strictly prohibited without written permission from AspireHR.Taxes
Taxes are not included in the any of the published fees. Taxes will be applied and include the following: state and local taxes, provincial taxes, VAT, or any other taxes as appropriate and due for the types of services or products provided.Payment Choices
AspireHR offers several payment choices. The payment method must be established at the time of registration or scheduling the class. You can pay for the class fees using the following options:- AspireHR University Advantage Card
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)
- An approved customer purchase order
Purchase Order (PO) Information:
- PO number is required at the time of registration or scheduling for the class
- Hard copies of the PO should be mailed or faxed to AspireHR to arrive no later than 3 business days before the first date of the classroom class or 10 business days prior to the first date of the on-site class

Training Confirmation
Each attendee will receive a confirmation of enrollment via e-mail. If you do not receive your confirmation, contact the University at 972.372.2800.For AspireHR University on-site or private classes, the customer will receive an acknowledgement of the request via e-mail. E-mails are provided as we proceed with the logistics relating to implementing the on-site class.
Refunds
All refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact AspireHR University at 972.372.2800 to inquire about a refund.Hotel reservations
Class attendees must make their own arrangements and accommodations. A list of hotels is provided. Hotel information is provided for your convenience. AspireHR does not control, promote, endorse, or assume any liability of any kind relating to any facet of the services provided by these hotels, including, without limitation, their transportation services or the acts or oversights of their officers, employees, contractors, or other workers. Any use of the hotel services, without limitation, is a personal decision and exclusively between you and the hotel.Accreditations
CPE credits are offered for courses that conform to NASBA guidelines. If CPE credits are requested for an on-site class, the request must be submitted to your AspireHR University representative prior to the delivery of the class. This is essential so that AspireHR University can confirm that all appropriate NASBA requirements are met at the time of delivery.
