Typical data conversion exercises consist of many disparate extraction and load programs developed project by project. This custom development consumes 80% or more of total effort allocated to the conversion project, forcing testing to be short-cycled. HR DataExchange eliminates custom development and enables your project team to spend the bulk of their time testing and resolving data errors.

HR DataExchange provides templates for many common HR legacy data sources such as PeopleSoft and ADP. These templates give your data conversion team the benefit of starting the conversion project with 80-90% of the mappings and conversion/cutover plan complete.

Data Transfers

HR DataExchange is designed to handle data transfers from a wide variety of sources. Transfers that are typically facilitated include: PeopleSoft to SAP, Taleo to SAP, ADP to SAP and SAP to SAP.
