HR2009

HR2009 proved to be a great showcase of the latest trends and information in SAP HR technology. AspireHR was pleased to be a major sponsor at this year’s event, and we were able to meet many of the attendees at the Solutions Showcase. The AspireHR booth provided an opportunity for attendees to meet our professionals, view demos of our products, and learn about solutions to their SAP HR challenges.

Featured demos included Mark Ingram’s presentation on E-Recruiting Enhancement Pack 4 and Brian Collett’s presentation on MyHRNow, a new product that was launched at the event. Enhancement Pack 4 is SAP’s latest release of enhancements for its ERP 6.0 application. Ingram, who is an expert on SAP E-Recruiting, presented a demo on the features and improvements to the E-Recruiting function that are included in Enhancement Pack 4. His demonstration covered a variety of issues including things to consider in deploying EhP4 and the technology benefits of the package.

HR2009 was an opportunity for attendees to get a first look at MyHRNow, a comprehensive, hosted HCM solution for mid-market, global organizations to manage the full hire-to-retire process for employees. Not only does it help HCM professionals manage the core HR transactions such as payroll, benefits and time management but it takes it a step further to manage the organization’s talent from hiring and acquiring, educating and developing your talent, to identifying and growing future leaders; and aligning and motivating talent with corporate objectives –ultimately growing the business. MyHRNow is based on a hosted, scalable deployment of SAP defined Best Practice business processes that enables HCM professionals to run their business more efficiently reducing potential for errors by capturing data at the source.
