Employee verification is a major issue for today’s employers. Simplify the process by using your SAP HR system to interface with the federal government’s E-Verify system. SAP Product Overview:

SAP Technical Overview:

  • HR-Verify product is developed using SAP technologies and is deployed in the customer’s exist SAP HR environment
  • No Customer ABAP development effort required to implement HR-Verify
  • All development objects (ABAP reports, WD4A screens, tables, security roles, transactions etc) are delivered via SAP transports
  • HR-Verify Transaction codes can be added the User’s SAP Easy Access menu Favorites
  • No code modifications or copies of SAP objects required to implement
  • User ability to run reports for employee and employee data is defined by client’s current SAP security authorizations scheme
  • Access to employee is restricted using the client’s existing SAP authority checks
  • Access to each infotype is restricted using the standard SAP function module HR_CHECK_AUTHORITY_INFTY

  • Earliest Release: SAP R/3 4.7B
  • Latest Release: SAP ECC 6.0, EhP5

Implementation time

After the product is installed in your SAP HR system via SAP transports, the AspireHR can complete the installation steps and testing with a day of receiving access to your system. With the product operational in your development system, the AspireHR consultant will lead a 6 week implementation process to support the configuration, testing, training and roll out of the product to your organization.
