AspireHR is proud to announce the General Availability release of AspireHR Cloud Benefits™, an SAP® Certified Integration for benefits communications and administration for US and Canadian SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll customers.
From information gathered from customers, Brian Collett, Managing Partner for SuccessFactors Extensions at AspireHR, notes that many organizations need a solution that addresses the five key challenges to offering US and Canadian employee benefits. First, employees want to complete their enrollment anywhere and on any device, often at home with their dependents. Second, employees need personalized eligibility, coverage and cost information needed to make informed decisions. Third, US and Canadian Benefits Administration requires robust regulatory compliance capabilities, including support for the anticipated changes to the ACA. Fourth, benefits administration requires tight integration with payroll to accurately manage employee deductions, especially for retroactive changes and leaves of absence.
