Chairman and Vice President
Melissa Hillesheim, Chairman, Vice President and General Counsel, provides counsel, guidance and direction to the Aspire leadership team on the company’s core objectives, including operations, sales, financial planning, corporate initiatives and strategic alliances.
With 18+ years of extensive corporate legal and business experience, Melissa has advised and guided business executives on key legal and business matters in the areas of human resources, corporate compliance, intellectual property, software development, marketing strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and consulting, technology and software services. She has a proven track record of forging successful working relationships with boards of directors, corporate officers and executive leadership teams.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Texas at Austin and received her Juris Doctorate from Baylor University School of Law.
Randy Griffith, President, has significant executive and hands-on experience with over 26 years in the IT services and HR industries. Over 20 of those years include significant contributions at multi-national technology companies in a wide variety of leadership roles and responsibilities, which included finance, business and account management, sales and operations, and acquisitions.
As an accomplished leader and business strategist, Randy’s guidance and expertise will build upon the vision of Right People, Right Results and expand the company while maintaining the family fee, culture, and delivery of exceptional HCM service to customers.
Randy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas. He is an active supporter of Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and The First Tee.
Brian Collett, Managing Partner for HR Solutions, is responsible for the company’s Research & Development department and our suite of software solutions. Brian passionately pursues AspireHR’s vision for wildly happy customers, fulfilled employees, and radically simpler and more effective SAP HCM systems. Brian’s ambition as our Managing Partner for Strategy & Solutions is to ensure all SAP HCM customers avoid typical implementation pitfalls, Go-Live issues, and ongoing support pains with pre-packaged solutions.
Brian has been in the HRIS technology industry since 1993 and, specifically, the SAP HCM industry since 1996. His previous roles include Payroll Localization Manager at SAP Southeast Asia (Singapore) where he was responsible for the creation of SAP AG’s Hong Kong HR/Payroll solution (SAP’s 27th country) for the R/3 3.1i release.
Winnie Chu, Managing Partner and Customer Engagement Executive, has an impressive track record of managing and leading many successful SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects in many industries, including industry specific solutions in the public sector, healthcare, and retail sector.
Winnie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University’s Schulich School of Business in Toronto, with a double major in Human Resources and Marketing. Spending over six years as the Director of HR for a Federal Canadian security firm, Winnie gained the experience and the insight to bridge the gap between HR processes and SAP technology. She has been implementing SAP HCM since 1997 and received her Platinum Consultant designation from SAP America in March 2001.
As a highly recognized SAP and SuccessFactors expert in the industry, Winnie has been a speaker at various conferences in the United States, as well as globally in Amsterdam, Milan, Barcelona and Singapore.
Joe Hillesheim, Founding Partner, started in the HR business in 1994 and was a seasoned veteran in the SAP Human Capital Management industry. Joe set the vision and strategy for AspireHR and provided extensive, unparalleled experience in building high-achieving teams and guiding implementations for top-tier companies.
As an accomplished project manager and business process strategist, Joe’s vision and expertise drove AspireHR to invent streamlined approaches to historically inefficient and costly implementation cycles and processes. He was called to speak at top industry conferences and his achievements were featured in the Dallas Business Journal, the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Program, and the INC 500, where he was recognized a top executive.
Joe received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the St. Louis University, becoming a CPA. He was an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of America.
