Randy Griffith


Griffith_Randy-blueRandy Griffith, President, joined AspireHR in April 2015. Randy brings more than 25 years of experience to AspireHR with significant expertise in executive leadership, business development, and relationship management in the IT services and HR industries.

Before joining AspireHR, Randy was a Director of Global Alliances and Business Development in Hewlett-Packard’s Enterprise Services. He led strategic alliances with Advisory/Consulting Services, as well as HRO and Business Process Outsourcing partnerships. In this role, Randy helped clients achieve their global business objectives in the Cloud, Security, and the New Style of IT. Prior to Hewlett-Packard, Randy served as Vice President of Business Development and Integration at McKesson Financial Center and worked at EDS for 18 years in a variety of leadership and business strategy positions.

Creating a trusted advisory relationship with our clients, AspireHR’s credo of ‘Right People, Right Results’ delivers a successful HCM experience. With that foundation, Randy’s leadership will continue to drive a Win-Win-Win culture in favor of our clients, employees, and company. Randy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas, is an avid golfer, and an active supporter of Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and The First Tee of Greater Dallas.




Winnie Chu

Managing Partner

Winnie-blue-EE-photoWinnie Chu, Managing Partner for Delivery, leads AspireHR’s SAP Implementations and Upgrades Practice. Winnie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University’s Schulich School of Business in Toronto, with a double major in Human Resources and Marketing. Spending over six years as the Director of HR for a Federal Canadian security firm, Winnie gained the experience and the insight to bridge the gap between HR processes and SAP technology. She has been implementing SAP HCM since 1997 and received her Platinum Consultant designation from SAP America in March 2001.

Winnie has an impressive track record of managing and leading many successful SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects in many industries, including industry specific solutions in the public sector, healthcare, and retail sector. She routinely produces satisfied clients, such as Cadbury Schweppes, Arapahoe County Government, Belden and HollyFrontier.

As a highly recognized SAP and SuccessFactors expert in the industry, Winnie has repeatedly been invited to lecture at major industry events. She has been a speaker at various conferences in the United States, as well as globally in Amsterdam, Milan, Barcelona and Singapore.



Brian Collett

Managing Partner

Brian-blue-EE-photoBrian Collett is the Managing Partner for Strategy & Solutions, responsible for the company’s Research & Development department and our suite of software solutions. Brian passionately pursues AspireHR’s vision for wildly happy customers, fulfilled employees, and radically simpler and more effective SAP HCM systems. Brian’s ambition as our Managing Partner for Strategy & Solutions is to ensure all SAP HCM customers avoid typical implementation pitfalls, Go-Live issues, and ongoing support pains with pre-packaged solutions.

Brian has been in the HRIS technology industry since 1993 and, specifically, the SAP HCM industry since 1996. His previous roles include Payroll Localization Manager at SAP Southeast Asia (Singapore) where he was responsible for the creation of SAP AG’s Hong Kong HR/Payroll solution (SAP’s 27th country) for the R/3 3.1i release. In addition to his global experience, Brian has spent several years in the US responding to the most costly SAP HCM/Payroll issues and realized that there were common challenges for many customers that were easily preventable. With this realization, Brian has helped produce easy to use AspireHR software to solve these common issues.



Joseph Hillesheim

Joe_small_blueJoe Hillesheim, Founding Partner and President, started in the HR business in 1994 and was a seasoned veteran in the SAP Human Capital Management industry. Joe set the vision and strategy for AspireHR and provided extensive, unparalleled experience in building high-achieving teams and guiding implementations for top-tier companies.

As an accomplished project manager and business process strategist, Joe’s vision and expertise drove AspireHR to invent streamlined approaches to historically inefficient and costly implementation cycles and processes. He was called to speak at top industry conferences and his achievements were featured in the Dallas Business Journal, the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Program, and the INC 500, where he was recognized a top executive.

Joe received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the St. Louis University, becoming a CPA. He was an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of America.
