Joe Hillesheim, Founding Partner and President, has been in the HR business since 1994 and is a seasoned veteran in the SAP Human Capital Management industry. Joe sets the vision and strategy for AspireHR and provides extensive, unparalleled experience in building high-achieving teams and guiding implementations for top-tier companies.As an accomplished project manager and business process strategist, Joe's vision and expertise has driven AspireHR to invent streamlined approaches to historically inefficient and costly implementation cycles and processes. He is called to speak at top industry conferences and his achievements have been featured in the Dallas Business Journal, the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Program, and the INC 500, where he was recognized a top executive.
Joe received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the St. Louis University, becoming a CPA. He is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of America.
Winnie Chu
Managing Partner
Winnie Chu, Managing Partner for Delivery, leads AspireHR's SAP Implementations and Upgrades Practice. Winnie has an impressive track record of managing and leading many successful SAP HCM projects in several industries, including the public sector, healthcare, and retail. She routinely produces satisfied clients, such as Cadbury Schweppes, Safety Kleen, The Body Shop, Trumpf, and Razorfish. Winnie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University's Schulich School of Business in Toronto, with a double major in Human Resources and Marketing. Spending over six years as the Director of HR for a Canadian securities firm, Winnie gained the experience and the insight to bridge the gap between HR processes and SAP technology. She has been implementing SAP HCM since 1997 and received her Platinum Consultant designation from SAP America in March 2001.
Brian Collett
Managing Partner
Brian Collett is the Managing Partner for Strategy & Solutions, responsible for the company's Research & Development department and our suite of software solutions. Brian passionately pursues AspireHR's vision for wildly happy customers, fulfilled employees, and radically simpler and more effective SAP HCM systems. Brian's ambition as our Managing Partner for Strategy & Solutions is to ensure all SAP HCM customers avoid typical implementation pitfalls, Go-Live issues, and ongoing support pains with pre-packaged solutions.Brian has been in the HRIS technology industry since 1993 and, specifically, the SAP HCM industry since 1996. His previous roles include Payroll Localization Manager at SAP Southeast Asia (Singapore) where he was responsible for the creation of SAP AG's Hong Kong HR/Payroll solution (SAP's 27th country) for the R/3 3.1i release. In addition to his global experience, Brian has spent several years in the US responding to the most costly SAP HCM/Payroll issues and realized that there were common challenges for many customers that were easily preventable. With this realization, Brian has helped produce easy to use AspireHR software to solve these common issues.
