Dwight is an Associate Partner and is cross-trained as both a functional and technical consultant. During the past twelve years of SAP HCM system experience, more than six of those years has been spent focusing on HR, Organizational Management, Personnel Management, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and E-Recruiting. His skills extend to Enterprise Compensation Management, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Ad Hoc Query, Security, and the suite of AspireHR software solutions.
