How does it work?

Your old paper Form I-9 is replaced with an identical electronic version. Web I-9 becomes a part of the onboarding process a new employee completes the electronic form via your existing ESS (or though a separate portal). Real time validation of the employee's data entry eliminates mistakes. Your HR professional reviews the submitted data and enters the presented supporting documentation, which can be scanned and attached to the I-9 for auditing purposes. Automated validation confirms that the correct combinations of documentation have been submitted. Once verified, the new employee's information is directly applied into SAP HR.

As all employee information must be kept for up to three years for audit purposes, the completed documents are stored electronically in easily searchable formats.

  • Access to employee is restricted using the client’s existing SAP authority checks
  • Access to infotypes are restricted using the standard SAP function module HR_CHECK_AUTHORITY_INFTY

Implementation time

After the product is installed in your SAP HR system via SAP transports, the AspireHR can complete the installation steps and testing with a day of receiving access to your system. With the product operational in your development system, the AspireHR consultant will lead a 4 week implementation process to support the configuration, testing, training and roll out of the product to your organization.
