AspireHR embraces a diverse and inclusive workforce culture, and we are part of a larger movement to prioritize and accelerate the interviewing and hiring of military veterans. We value the skills and unique perspectives that military veterans bring, and we are proud to participate in the NS2 Serves Program. The NS2 Serves program has helped military veterans gain experience with SAP SuccessFactors and has accelerated AspireHR’s ability to attract, hire, and support our military heroes beyond their tours of duty.

About the NS2 Serves Program

The NS2 Serves Program is an independent, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, founded to empower veterans and ease their integration into civilian life by providing free, intensive training to equip veterans with valuable skills for today’s high-tech, in-demand careers. It includes training in world-class software solutions that support U.S. national security needs. Participants receive certifications that are valuable in a variety of global careers.

NS2 Serves participants become trained and certified in cutting-edge SAP technology, develop critical business and interpersonal skills, and acquire other valuable credentials for well-paying jobs. To date, the NS2 Serves program has trained more than 350 veterans, with many graduating and moving on to outstanding jobs across multiple industries.

“Our primary mission is taking those men and women who are transitioning out of the military and giving them a skill set, in order to make them marketable in the private sector, so they can find a career that’s not just a job,” said Lauren Carmack, NS2 Serves Vice President of Recruitment. “If we find they’re a team player and motivated to learn IT, we can teach them.”

The course is available at no cost to post-9/11 U.S. military service veterans and reservists (including disabled veterans), service members with orders to leave active duty, and Gold Star spouses who meet eligibility requirements.

Thanks to the NS2 program giving these participants the skillsets they need to understand the ins and outs of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Cloud Suite platform, AspireHR has been able to quickly find and gain some amazing talent to add to our teams.
