Joe Ho, Chief Financial and Operations Officer at Aspire HR, leads the company’s key financial and operational processes, including treasury, controller, FP&A, commercial as well as human resources, payroll, internal training, change management, and corporate strategy.

Prior to Aspire HR, Joe led the finance, commercial, and supply chain functions for Wood Process & Energy and was also a consultant focusing on restructuring a portfolio of power plants in the Mid-Atlantic area.  In addition to his consultant work, Joe was Senior Vice President Risk Management and Internal Audit for Vistra Energy.  Ho also held finance executive roles including Corporate Planning and Strategy and Development at Energy Future Holdings (EFH), Vistra Energy’s predecessor company.  Before EFH, Ho held finance and commercial positions at Exelon Corporation, Mirant, and Southern Company.

Joe received his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University.
