Director, AMS/BPO

Allison Shelton, Director of AMS & BPO Services at AspireHR, leads the company’s application managed service and business process outsourcing line of business. In her role, she and her team extend the relationship between AspireHR and our clients by developing a partnership in the on-going support and maintenance of their HXM solutions.  Providing IT and application management expertise, HR IT Help Desk support, application and interface monitoring, and delivering outsourced business processes, her team is a long-term partner helping our clients put employee experiences first.

Allison has held positions in various disciplines throughout her career in retail electricity, banking, IT consulting and human resources industries. Her experience spans large-scale SAP ERP implementation and optimization, strategy, product design and management, margin and conversion optimization, process design, project management, operations management, and front and back-office business process outsourcing in large-scale global engagements.

Allison received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas with a concentration in Finance and Marketing.
