Beverly Ibarrola, VP of Marketing at AspireHR, oversees the company’s strategic marketing initiatives. Beverly is an award-winning marketer and communicator. From graphic design and content creation to effective training and change management, she enjoys crafting clever ways to reach and engage customers. You’ll find her marketing fingerprint online, at the world’s largest technology conferences, and in the partnerships and professional relationships she’s built along the way. Beverly is passionate about transforming business through technology and helping clients achieve value realization. She brings over 17 years of experience in business development and marketing. She also brings over 16 years of next-gen technology training experience, with over 10 years’ experience working with clients on digital transformation initiatives.
Beverly has held positions in various disciplines throughout her career including business development, marketing, training, as well as engineering and R&D. Prior to AspireHR, Beverly served as a technology advocate in the telecom space, working with Fortune 250 companies to identify organizational training needs, skillset gaps, and creating awareness of technology solutions that help organizations create opportunity and improve productivity. She established global training programs for leading technology advocacy groups at the largest mobility conferences in the world. She was also recognized with the Neko Hamlett Annual Achievement Award for the creation of a 5G certification program for mobile communication companies, and in recognition of her work in technology advocacy and education.
Beverly received her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas.
