Eric Johnson, Chief Marketing Officer of AspireHR, oversees the company’s branding, marketing communications & technology projects, is executive producer for content, and media relations. Eric has over 25 years experience in brand development, marketing strategy, business infrastructure, an accomplished director and producer in multiple disciplines, and a recognized leader in developing innovative technologies.

As an award winning designer, accomplished CEO, COO, CTO, and CMO, he has incubated more than 50+ startups, designed over 100+ national brands, and led more than 1,500+ marketing campaigns. He has collaborated with some of the best minds in executive leadership to create some of the biggest brands in nearly every industry segment. From developing core values, strategy, brand identity, and product design, to designing custom interfaces with technology infrastructure for every step in the supply-chain, Eric has unique hands-on experience from initial concept to sustainable fulfillment.

As a professional storyteller with extreme proficiency in visual communications, Eric is an expert in foundational branding and marketing activation programs for start ups and leaders of industry. In 1999 he founded a full-service design firm named BEYONDIGITAL, providing creative goods and services to the most discriminating Clientele. 21 years later, this full-service production studio is thriving with past accomplishments for brands such as American Airlines, Match.com, NASCAR, Trinity Industries, Invisalign, Lamborghini, Samsung, Subaru, Chick-Fil-a, and Winstar Casinos with brand drives featured on Shark Tank, Fortune 50, and several M&A’s exceeding $35-50M + residuals.

Eric received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Design from University of North Texas with certifications in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.
