Kurt Zuch

Kurt Zuch, Board Member for AspireHR, also serves on the Board of Directors for Utegration, another high growth systems integration firm who partners with SAP. Mr. Zuch has over 30 years of technology industry and entrepreneurial experience with a strong track record for helping companies achieve rapid and sustained growth.

Kurt began his career with Accenture in their technology and management consulting practice. He founded Pathways Consulting in late 1994, which was sold to Computer Management Sciences in 1996 after experiencing significant growth in a short timeframe. Mr. Zuch joined Excelergy Corporation in 1999 as VP of Professional Services and head of the Atlanta office before serving as SVP of Operations at Novient for a number of years.

Kurt founded his second technology and management consulting firm, Capstone Consulting Partners, which he led as Managing Partner for 2 years. Similar to his first start-up, Kurt enjoyed tremendous growth and Capstone was acquired by Alliance Data in late 2004. He served ADS as SVP of Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions post-acquisition.

In 2008, Mr. Zuch founded his third management consulting firm, Five Point Partners, increasing the firm’s breadth from his past 2 startups to include technology and management consulting as well as strategic advisory services, elevating the firm’s value proposition. Kurt led Five Point as Chief Executive Officer until the business was sold to Ernst & Young in 2014.

Kurt was a North American Partner with EY for three years before leaving to found Trinity Private Holdings, an investment company focused on technology, strategic advisory and consulting services as well as different real-estate ventures. Kurt has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Virginia Tech.

Melissa Hillesheim, Co-Founder, Executive Chairman, and General Counsel, is committed to expanding the company’s presence nationally, focused on supporting AspireHR’s strategic growth objectives on the path to becoming the North American market leader in Human Experience Management solution delivery.

With 18+ years of extensive corporate legal and business experience, Melissa has advised and guided business executives on key legal and business matters in the areas of human resources, corporate compliance, intellectual property, software development, marketing strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and consulting, technology and software services. She has a proven track record of forging successful working relationships with boards of directors, corporate officers and executive leadership teams.

In addition to co-founding AspireHR, Melissa previously served as General Counsel for Trinity Industries for 6 years then founded Brown Hillesheim Legal, P.C., where she served as Managing Principal for over 8 years and specialized in software / professional services agreements.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Texas at Austin and received her Juris Doctorate from Baylor University School of Law.
