The Operating Partners Forum San Francisco 2022 brings together an elite crowd of value creators in North American Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) portfolio operations. This deep dive discussion will allow the audience to join an interactive roundtable discussion with designated facilitators to:

• Uncover creative ways to respond to the Great Resignation outside of paying portco teams significantly more
• Determine best practices in finding talent at the various levels (not just the executive level in this environment)
